1.What should I offer? 2D/3D drawing paper is needed(format:DWG/DXF for 2D,STP/ICS for 3D) in order to give you the right quotation and sample. 2.What if I don’t have the drawing paper? For the customers who don’t familiar with the drawing,we offer design and drawing service,but you need to offer the sketch with the function and size of the parts. 3.How about your processing capacity? We are equipped with CNC lathe,CNC miller,CNC turning-milling composite machine,CNC engraving-milling machine and machining centers,besides,other necessary quality-checked system and test&analysis instrument are also prepared.Our company has passed ISO9001/CE certificates successfully and manufacture the parts under the standard of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 / TS16949 strictly. 4.What if the finished parts can’t meet our requests? We machine the parts according to the drawing paper strictly,and we also communicate with our customers for the function and key point of the parts before machining.If the finished parts can’t reach customers standard,we promise:for the repairable parts,you can send back to or factory to remake again,we will pay the double-way freight;for the unrepairable parts,we will compensate according to the signed price. |
